Chicago CF CARE Specialists is a not for profit organization
founded on the principle that every person with cystic fibrosis deserves the
opportunity to realize his or her full potential.

This mission is being realized
by each of the 4 basic elements that constitute our working principles:
Clinical
Chicago CF CARE Specialists, NFP is a distinct entity from Children’s
Asthma Respiratory and Exercise Specialists which is a Cystic Fibrosis Center dedicated
to the clinical care of children, adolescents, and young adults with cystic
fibrosis.
Advocacy
Chicago CF CARE Specialists is active at local, regional, and national
levels to best represent the needs of all people with cystic fibrosis.
Research
As part of our ongoing commitment to advances in the field of pediatric
pulmonology, our Not For Profit Organization participates in clinical research
trials as well as independent research studies.
Education
As part of the medical staffs at Children’s Memorial Hospital, Evanston
Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Rockford Memorial Hospital, Northwest
Community Hospital, and Edward Hospital, we are committed to the training
of general pediatricians and future cystic fibrosis healthcare professionals.
