Fees and Billing
- Our fees are based on published, local and national averages.
- If required by your insurance company, co-payments will be collected
at time of check-in.
- For fee for service patients, payment is due on day of service.
- Outstanding balances not paid by indemnity insurance plans will be
considered the patients responsibility.
- Balances older than 60 days may be sent to a collection agency.
